Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders will ship within 1–5 weeks from the date of purchase.
This time frame allows for processing, handling, and any necessary production, especially for high-demand items.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates will vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred during international shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
We strongly recommend that customers contact us before returning any products. This helps us resolve issues more efficiently and ensures smoother communication.
Important:
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (change of mind), except for customers residing in Brazil.
Returns, including for face masks or size exchanges, are not covered by us and are handled at your expense and discretion.
If you decide to accept returns or offer size exchanges:
You will need to place a new order for the replacement item (e.g., new size or face mask) at your own expense.
